Advice on camera

Argos have a Samsung 20mp camera plus free 7in galaxy tab reduced to €429 ( http://www.checkargos.com/StockCheckPage.php?productId=1061110 ) Would this be good for someone new to photography? Thanks!

It gets ok reviews but you can get the camera without the tablet for about 300 on amazon

You're very limited by the lenses though.
