Tax Credits Cert Q

    This is probably a silly query (apologies if it is!) but I thought I was sussed in Paye Anytime!
    I've submitted Rent Tax Credit form in November,got confirmation they received it and I was not eligible for any refunds 2009-2012 (that's ok) but it would be available for me to select 2013. Off I tot on 26/12/13 and submit property details online of the house I'm renting now,goes to pending requests, disappears from pending requests and in rent credit it was asking me for property details again ....jump to 1/1/14 I request P21, receive P21 and am due USC refund but can't see Rent Tax Credits on cert!?!?
    Does Rent Tax Credit show on P21? It's also not on my Tax Credit Certificate for 2013 or 2014 and when I select 2013 I can't view anything as screen is locked?!?!!
    Any help/insight greatly appreciated :)

    Rent credit no longer exists.

    If you were in receipt of the credit historically there is a weaning off period but to anyone else it is too late to claim it.
