Disability - Depression and moving address

I received the disability payment and I am moving to a new address. I was living at home but I need to move and I found a place to share with. I could afford the rent and all that.
However I was told by my mother that if I move I will stop receiving the benefit. I am not sure what to do or who to ask. Please help me.

The friend I would be living with though is unsure what it would mean as he has seasonal work and they let him go for 3 months. He is on the doll then. Would that effect either of us as we are not together but simply living in the same house.

Start by writing disability allowance section a note telling them your new address. Don't worry you will still get your disability payment and he will still get his dole.
You won't be able to get your free TV licence or free electricity units though.
Don't fight with your mum. She loves you and she worries.
