Quick question
If I buy a preowned 2DS or 3DS, and it comes with the pack in game preinstalled, and I then change the Nintendo account the machine is registered to, do I lose the game from the system, given it wasn't downloaded to my account?
And if the previous owner has it registered under his eShop account, what's to stop him downloading it instead to his linked 3DS?
