Just wondering if anyone knows what LNBP means on this receiver.

It's displaying on the front display of the box and warning is occasionally showing on the screen. No signal received.

I'm assuming it's something to do with a LNB fault or LNB power fault or something. Maybe cable related, will be investigating further tomorrow or Monday but just wondering if anyone else has 2 cents to offer.

    Thanks

I say your rite, remove the sat cable and see if it boots then return the cable and u will no for sure, check that the inner connection haven't touched with the braid on the outer core.

There's a short on the cable. The braid is touching the core at either the LNB or the receiver.

I've had that error a couple of times and this was always the problem. Just remove your F-connector from the cable, peal back the core and wrap around cable ensuring that the NONE of the braid is touching the core. Make sure to do this at both ends.

    Hope this works!
