Been waiting for this one for a while

    2:50 Plumpton - Smoking Aces

Has joined Jonjo from Tom Taaffe's yard, and is getting the combination of heavy ground and 3m+ trip he thrives in.
Only a few pounds higher than when he won over todays trip at Fairyhouse a couple of years ago, and his comeback run after 18 months off should be discounted with being over an inadequated trip.
That run should put him bang on for tomorrow, runs off a mark this is still lower than his hurdles rating from his heyday, and is already being backed.

I'd be a little worried about Smoking Aces. Jumped really badly the last day. Though with John Joe and McManus miracles can happen. This is just the type of race they target. But will the horse retain it's ability. The price is very skinny given the uncertainties involved.

Good form with faugheen and the job is right but hes as slow as a boat needs 3mile badly, the stiff finish will help in naas will see what the market makes of christy roches pointer who won in cork beating Double Irish last year, fitness is a question both will be likely joint favourites 2/1 ish I reckon.

I fully expect Mallowney 9-1 Naas 13:00 to Run a big race. I'm not sure if she will up-end Mozoltov but she will be in first 3 for sure. Have backed him e/w and have done a Mozoltov Mallowney f/c

I have taken Ned Buntline against Mozoltov.

I like Worldor in the 200 at 7/2, worry about Moores but I think it's between the pair of them.

Southwell 1.40 Climaxfortackle 6/1 not the best place to come from behind but he can really motor when let go and this is his time of the year.Major Muscari 7/2 at least knows how to win and still looks well treated.2.10 The Lock Master 9/1 got a very very strange ride from a young boy last time and Appleby has put up his go to jockey in this one.
