I have not read it yet and wanted to know what you thought of it? I read the reviews and it seems to be an inspirational book for people. What did you think of it?

Two years on, I'm just wondering if anybody has anything to add since. I'm about half way through this book, and while I consider it full of a lot of interesting information, I'm more interested in talking to people who have actually worked through it in real life. Anybody followed the steps?
