Hello and apologies if I am posting in the wrong place...

I am a fat couch potato who need to get her butt off the couch and start running .. I am a teacher in D15 and am looking to join a couch to 5k group somewhere in and around d15.

I would be interested too, based in Blanchardstown, flexible around D15 though.

why dont you just do it on your own? cant understand why you would need to be in a group. sure you are hardly going to be chatting away to each other anyway.

Training in a group is much better than on your own, particularly when starting out.

Summerfield Health & fitness do a running group every Tuesday and Thursday. They cater for beginners and experienced runners. Might be worth contacting them.

    Hi Nicola,

I live in carpenterstown D15 and would be very keen to get involved, had a baby 6 months ago and have been very lazy about getting rid of the weight, if this goes ahead would you mind letting me know?

Look forward to hearing from you
