    Is it this?
    eBay item number:151142681834
You can send it to me in UK and I can post over to you when I get back.

Are you aware of Parcel Motel service, parts are delivered to Belfast, so cost a lot less shipping wise, and then for €3.50 they deliver to nearest parcel motel collection point.

Depending where you are, this will be cheaper than getting posted direct to Ireland from UK

I don't work for Parcel Motel, just a happy user of their service, it's saved me a lot of money at this stage.

Shore, if it was easy, everybody would be doin it.😁

You can order direct from Aqualisam, here:

    http://www.aqualisa.co.uk/parts-store/

I have two Aquastreams installed about ten years. At this stage I have replaced both knobs and both cassettes (thermostatic).

I found them very good to deal with, and they don't charge much for postage.

Also I note that the replacement parts are improved on the originals, i.e. they learn from what breaks :)

Just came across this post. Hoping to replace Aqualisa mixer shower installed in 1998. I Know they are UK based but is there an outlet in Ireland? Not knowing anything about plumbing.....is it possible to replace with a new model or will I have to go for another brand......thanks.

The shower centre on the Malahide road, Dublin 3 are an Aqualisa approved outlet. What they don't have in stock they can get in within a day or so. Ring them Monday after 10am. You can email a photo of what you have and they can advise you.
