I'm just wondering what time I would have to be leaving Bird Avenue, Clonskeagh if I have to be at Wilton Place (just off Leeson Street) by 9 am on weekdays?

You'd need to allow up to 50 minutes though other days it's doable in 20 minutes. Ranelagh is a dirty bottleneck as is Appien Way while Beaver Row or Marlborough can be slow to exit; a drop of rain and it's bedlam.

Thanks Losty! What method of transport would you recommend for this journey?

You'll be there in 25 minutes on a bike.

    Aside from the bike option?

Is 50 minutes worst case scenario?

For such a journey it would be ideal to take the car and add to the already congestion roads:)
