Advise of a shed

I have been looking around for a steel shed 10x8 feet.

Argos have one around 500 . I am abit worried on the quality of it for that price.

So I went to a shed show room for a look at the better stuff. the 8x10 one here is over 1200 euro:eek: I know. Mad money .

I served my time in the states at carpentry and it involved lots of metal stud work. After a look inside the expensive shed I see that it is very simple and would be easy to build. oywe.jpg

Problem is, I don't know where to source the correct materials. Like 8x4 sheets of PVC coated corrugated steel, corner slips and the like. Plus I would need some type of nibbler to cut the sheets.

Any advise on where to get the gear in the Kildare/Dublin area? Must be able to build it a good bit under the crazy prices shed companies are offering.

All I can add to the above is stay away from the Argos shed- I know someone that has one of these and it is so light and flimsy plus the coating is very poor and the steel started rusting through after only a few years (not in an exposed or coastal location either).

got one of the Clane Steel Garden Sheds about 3-4yrs ago
    16'6 x 10
They came and installed in about 1.5hrs
Well worth the money (pricey) but still think its well worth it

I got a Steeltech 10' x 10' about 3 years ago for €1400. They're still the same price, & while it may seem a bit steep I was working in it thru the recent storms & never felt a draught. I have it on a 9" deep concrete slab with a dpc sheet with 1.5" of concrete poured on top, bitch of a job to do but it's bone dry inside, no condensation either due to the lining, as said, seemed a bit steep at the time but you get what you pay for
