Unlimited usage allowance - UPC Horizon

This is going to sound like a dumb question but how unlimited is "unlimited" with the UPC Horizon packages.

I know they previously had unlimited* packages where there was a 500Gb fair usage agreement in place also.

Is there a fair usage agreement in place with Horizon too.
In a house of 4 computers, 4 phones and a xbox one which has 10Gb demos and 40Gb games its going to become a issue either way so looking to see if its worth paying the 45 euro instalation feel to avert it.

They prohibit running your own data center from home but thats about it. The 500GB FUP was removed a few months back. I've gone over it a few times and never had any problem.

I'd like to know what the current 'unlimited' actually is as-well, is it literally unlimited or a 500Gb cap?
I remember few years back I got a letter for going over 350Gb even though my package was unlimited, a fair usage policy of course, and UPC never done anything about it but the letter was pretty direct and cheeky warning this and that.

I'm starting to have a lot of usage on my package again these days and am always wary of how much Gb Ive used today or this week etc, I wonder what is the new cap if any these days. And do UPC start to throttle you at peak times if you have a very high usage on your line?

Whats throttling like on UPC anyway.
    "Dear Customer
Limit your data downloads or we will reduce you to eircom like speeds
    Regards
    UPC"
