    Want to send a vid to a mate who hasn't a clue what it is and doesn't get the difference between MMA training and other martial arts classes...anyone know of a really good vid please?

    You wouldn't believe how many fighters in the UFC say "Choke" was one the main reasons they got into MMA. Whether you like the Gracies or not its a great documentary.

    It was definitely my inspiration to start training. Shows people that fighters can be very normal and approach the sport very intelligently.
