Getting heifers back incalf

    Hi
    I've a few heifers which have calved 6 weeks ago and wanted to get them in calf again as soon as,there getting dairy nuts and soya and good silage so will I inject them and see or wait for them to come in naturally.

    What's there condition like? They should have been bulling up to now??

    There in good condition there we'll feed getting a good bucket of dairy nuts and soya and minerals mixed so I marked them today to see if there having short heats

    Keep giving them the bit of ration and all else is time. Injections are a bit hit and miss on once calved or cows. Cidr would be a slightly better option but I found even with them very few will hold on the first heat.
