"DSP Illness Benefits needs to be update" message on PAYE Anytime

I logged onto my PAYE Anytime today to apply for a P21 for last year.

When I selected 2013 I got this message:

"We cannot process your request as details of your DSP Illness Benefit needs to be updated"

I was off work sick for 7 weeks last year.

Can anyone help as to what this means as I cannot get them on the phone here in Galway or Dublin (suprise suprise) and I am quite worried!

Can anyone help? Its near impossible for me to contact the Galway office due to my working hours and the fact that they don't answer their phones

Have you tried contacting their loCall number rather than the actual office ?
    http://www.revenue.ie/en/contact/lo-call.html
Rang them a couple of days ago and got nearly straight through.

I'm in the same boat this year.
Were you able to resolve this by just calling them?
I left an online query and tried ringing today but failed to get through

The Revenue systems aren't totally automated and on top of that they're in a transition to a new online system (myAccount) since Jan '17 which is missing a lot of claim options.

Just raise an enquiry in myAccount and they'll sort it out.
