    (Not trying to hijack, honest!)
    I'm looking for the exact same thing. Was looking at saveonlaptops as they've had good prices;

    this one was perfect http://www.saveonlaptops.co.uk/LENOVO-Z500-59399413_1492687.html , I think someone on this forum got one, the price was £538 (~<€650) 2 weeks ago but has now gone back up :(

    this looks decent and should be well below budget, however only has integrated graphics: http://www.saveonlaptops.co.uk/ACER-E1-NX.M09EK.037_1478219.html

    The Lenovo ultrabooks are around that budget on that website too, however only have dual core i7s (http://www.saveonlaptops.co.uk/LENOVO-U410-59399422_1507572.html). There's another U410 that's a little bit more pricey with a worse graphics card, but bigger HDD and a SATA in there too.

    They'd all have English keyboards & Windows 8 included (which your one doesn't have....though that doesn't really matter too much to me as I'd want Windows 7 regardless)

    I didn't really answer the Q, but there's a few options anyway and perhaps someone with a bit more knowledge than myself can point out if any of them seem a better choice or not!

    Cheers for the options revz. I'd still go for the German one and I have a spare copy of windows 7 around the place. That first one is nice looking if only the price was still at that price :(
