New Year resolutions - boot camp :)

As per title, are there any boot camps in Carlow? Did some googling but all the websites are old / not updated.

There are 2 bootcamps that I am aware of based in the town 1st one is Fot2go and I was part of it until 18 months ago when a baby decided it needed my time

I have to say it was great when I was there and still keep in contact with people I met there and often meet up with them at races etc

The other one that I am aware of is fitclub carlow, I have not done any oftheir classes but they offer something different from the bootcamp I was at they can be contacted @ https://www.facebook.com/fitclub247

I recommend FITTOGO have been there for a year and well worth it. they do a six week program and should be signing up in the next two weeks or so for the next round.
