Personal trainer Carlisle gym

I'm a member of Carlisle gym and I'm wondering if anyone can recommend one of the personal trainers in there?

I was signed up with one of the guys in there years ago when they were still charging 60 quid per session and I felt that he deliberately dragged out each session so we couldn't get through the whole program in one go, so after a few sessions I got fed up with it and stopped going.

I was then in touch with another of the guys in September 2013, who I booked a session with. He cancelled, which was fine, but never got back to me to reschedule as he said he would. I contacted him again after a few weeks and set up a new session, which he also cancelled, and didn't get back to me to reschedule it. Maybe he's just too busy.

I'm hoping that someone could recommend one of the guys in there from personal experience!

Oh me too, I would really like to start learning weight lifting, but don't want to get stuck on girly weights, I would like a PT that knows their stuff about weights for women.

You're not bound to using the PT in your gym guys.

You could go to a PT who runs his own place and does program design/consultation/check ins and carry out that programming in your own gym and just revisit for check ups.

I'm sure the guys here will recommend some.

Yeah, it's just handy for me to go there and at 25 quid its quite a bit cheaper than anywhere else.

I'm looking for a weight program that'll do me for 6 weeks or so. I probably could think one up myself but I also need someone to check that I'm doing the excercises correctly and not losing form.

I'm not looking for a girl specific program and I'm fairly comfortable using free weights.

If anyone knows of a PT that's based close to the Carlisle that's reasonably priced, can you PM me the details please?
