We found one of those huge car covers stuck in our tree. Why on earth would you put what's basically a big loose sheet on a car in gale force winds? It' in our bin now. It's fortunate that it didn't blow in front of a car and cause an accident.

After going outside to investigate, I discovered that the bin had indeed blown over. While I turned the bin upright I got a little bit wet from the rain which caused me some discomfort.
