MyTCD problem

Hopefully this is in the right place.

I recently registered with MyTCD.ie as I wan't to make an application. When I registered everything went fine. Done as much as I could, then clicked save and close. Since then I cannot log back in. When I log in it says that

You are not currently configured to receive any portal content.
(no MRG records)

Does anyone know what this could mean? I tried locating away to contact someone about this but so far nothing.

Have you tried contacting the Academic Registry. If they cannot help they may be able to point you in the right direction.

If you're applying as a new student, you normally don't have any portal content (timetables, student records etc) until you complete official registration (normally in September if you're taking an undergraduate course).

You should have gotten some sort of confirmation page/email if you did send an application form via my.tcd, unless it said otherwise.
