Access internal server from internet

    Hi there

    Can anyone tell me how to access an internal server from the internet? I have read that most ISPs block port 80 so I have set up a NO-IP account. After a good few hours fiddling around with it and looking at some sites I have had no success. When I go to www.canyouseeme.org it's saying that the connection is timing out. The same is happening across all ports selected. I must be doing something basic wrong. I have turned firewall off to test if that was it but no success. Any help would be much appreciated
