LPT Online - Liability Person V Property Owner

Hi, On revenue.ie I am listed as a Liability Person and my wife is listed as Property Owner. When I attempt to add myself as Property Owner it says "This owner already exists." Is a Liability Person considered a Property Owner as well? This is not very clear. Thanks,

are you jointly assessed?
This causes confusion on the revenue system.
