Aer Lingus Gold Circle - chances of being able to use Fast Track in T1

I know this is a fairly peculiar question!
Do we have any Aer Lingus gold circle (directly or via BOI Gold Visa) card holders here? If yes, have you ever tried to use fast track lane in T1 on a non Aer Lingus flight? I think technically you are only allowed to use Fast Track when flying Aer Lingus, but I wonder how strict are security staff about it normally?

5 euro to use the fast track in either terminal with any airline, and a coffee included...

I've used it plenty of times with a Lufthansa or Cityjet boarding pass & it's never proved a problem.

Thanks but it adds up quickly for a family of four!

That's great info thanks Yamanoto. May I ask if you hold a GC card or a BOI Visa card with GC?

And also, does your nickname have anything to do with JR Yamanote line in Tokyo? :)

I've a GC card earned the hard way (and EI make it pretty hard to keep the damned thing too!) & you're bang on about the JR line. :D

I have very good memories from short trips on that line during last summer!
