Hi bit of a question for the techie guys here.

Recently I got a loan of a Tamron 2x AF converter and I have used it with my 24-105 on my full frame camera fine.

Will it work with EF-s lens on my crop sensor camera?
Also will it allow me to use an EF-s lens on my full frame camera. My under standing is that EF-s lens can damage your mirror on the full frame camera. So im thinking the extender will take the EF-s lens away from the body...

Any one ever tried this. or have any knowledge to share.

    thanks.

I didn't try to use EF-S lenses on FF body via converter, however if you really want to use EF-S lenses on FF then consider lens modification, see this link.

I did that good few years ago, but to be honest it's not worth it.

I also used Sigma 10-20 f/3.5 (without any modification) on FF:
