HR Implementation for Non-union Members in Mixed Union Schools Following ASTI Vote

Non-union members in mixed union schools have been considered outside the HRA until now -they have not been eligible for increments etc. In my school (officially mixed union but all TUI with refusal of ASTI to accept members) there has been some friction during this time as non-union members have still been expected to carry out S&S since the TUI vote, even if they had not done it previously. Senior teachers in this position have refused while many of those in less secure positions have been doing the work without the benefit. It has meant that some of those without security have been joining TUI as they were having to do the work either way even though they didn't want to and in fact some had left following tbe acceptance but felt they had to rejoin.

Now that all unions have accepted will things change? Will everyone, including non-union members, be under the agreement (as regards both benefits and extra duties) as has been the case in single union schools?
