I am just wondering if you know a person who is constantly talking about their family and has a great interest in it, it is possible to have a person do that work for them, i.e. get the services of someone who can trace your family tree.

Is is possible to buy this in terms of a voucher etc

    Would welcome any suggestions, thanks

I think there are professional genealogists out there who can offer a research service but as to whether they offer gift vouchers I just can't say.
If you knew that the individual had ancestors buried in Glasnevin you could buy them a ticket for the tour of the cemetery which includes 10 credits towards searching of their burial records.

Ancestry and Find My Past have gift cards if they're interested in using websites
