Couch to 5k Irish Times style

Might be a good programme for someone just getting into it. An 8 week online course starting next Monday 13th January to go from zero to running for 30 mins.

She seems to have good running experience and actually has some qualifications to show that she is in it for the right reasons rather than just trying to make a quick buck like similar people in this space.

When you can join a club for much less for the year. Lots of these things are held in public parks so public liability insurance is not needed so zero costs.

It's free to subscribe. I signed up to see what would happen and the confirmation email and video said nothing about cost. Her own private thing is a separate matter I think. She wears a Forerunner 305 so I'd trust her
