    Anyone see your mans add on done deal from Kildare for the wagyu beef? Money no object?? Is this sum sorta rouge trying to get lads excited and breathing sh!t loads of these so he gets loads of cheep beef?

    I'd say it has more to do with the second add.

    The Wagu beef is much sought after in the Far East, Japan etc. it's similar or the same as Kobe beef.
    It's something I considered getting into myself, but I don't know enough about it at the mo.
    We finish big numbers of Hex, AA and Continentals on grass every year

    I'm no expert on it myself but I'd imagine that the market in Ireland is very small for people to buy it. It's nice but expensive. I can't imagine they would be much better than dairy stock to get to slaughter and a cross breed is not going to be worth as much. Probably more for sumone to do out of interest for your own freezer naby?
