Wet gear

So got a voucher for mcgurks for Xmas and I need to get wet gear.

What brand is the best value?
Is the Calvin green stuff really worth the money?

What are the best things to look for? (I.e easy to put on/take off....adjustable sleeve length etc.)

I've had a galvin green wet suit 7 years - still waterproof!. Expensive, but quality.

I am the same.. I have a top about 7 years and I use it for both golf and general stay dry when it is wet outside and it has never let me down. Also very very easy to play in.

I got a Nike Storm Fit jacket and trousers for Christmas. It's not gore tex but is waterproof and has a 3 year guarantee. Wore it on Monday and was very comfortable and didn't interfere with my swing. 125 in Halpenny in Carrickmines but using the eflow rewards card got 20% off

Under Amour (stocked in McGuirks) do some excellent winter gear for the cold and minimal precipitation, very comfortable and warm out on the course over the winter.

I have a Ping Responce Jacket, excellent jacket has 2/3 year garenttee, has kinda of a fleece lining on the inside, sleeves very comfy too, be worth a look!!

Got this for xmas but havent had a chance to wear it yet. GG was just too dear for me. Came recommended by a number of guys I know who would be avid golfers
