I bought skyrim from steam as well as all the dlc i am downloading the game but i'm not sure how to download all the dlc.Will it be included with the game or will i have to download the dlc separately if so how do i. (i bought it for 13 euro)

If the game key covers the DLC, it'll usually download it. If the DLC key is separate, activate that and it'll download then.

You can check the DLC status by right clicking the Skyrim entry, and selecting view downloadable content.
