You'll have more joy if you change the title of your thread ;)

    Which ones are you after?

There are some FTA ones scattered around.

Most of the major packages need a large dish :)

Astra/Sirius at 5deg East is worth looking into (i know, wife has it on every day, she speaks russian), many russian and ukrainian channels free and scrambled.
At least a 1 metre dish and Inverto lnb, plus of course the latest receiver with ethernet connection is a big help ;)

A lot of Russian channels have appeared on 11 West. Good signals with me 9 to 12 dB. I recognise some of them from 53 East which I can't get at present.

    11685 H is this modulation MPEG-4 T2-MI/PLP:0 which won't scan for me.

T2-MI (Modulator Interface) would be broadcasters' distribution to terrestrial transmitters.

    PC card job.

All the Russian channels on 11 West changed to encrypted around 26 April. But four of them have now appeared on 9 East, FTA.

    11938 H 27500 3/4.

These channels (11W) appear to be in the clear again...

13 Russians new on 46 East, 11014 H 30000. Listed on the Asian beam by Flysat but must be the European beam. Fairly strong 10.5 dB with me.

The strongest tp I get is 11014 V 13333 11.5 dB. The Ukranian channels on that one all have their country's flag on screen which is a feature in recent times on most Ukranian channels.
