I recently got a new radio for my 2004 Nissan micra and I want to upgrade the speakers. I seen online that the size is 6.5" but the guy in Halfords said 5"? I seen 2 6" speakers that I would love to get, but it is a complete no no or will it work? I know I need an adaptor ring so I'm wondering wha size would I get also? thanks!

If you want to fit bigger speakers, then you need adaptor rings
Note that even with the adaptor rings, some speakers willbe too deep and foul the innards of the door.
    Here is the micra door
