I need this for work purposes and have a medical card. My gp said I would have to pay for it but I know people who got it off their gp on the medical card.

It seems to vary. Could I go to another gp or would they just send me back to my local one?

If you are stuck it might be worth seeing if your local infectious disease/sexually transmitted disease clinic will give it to you and if so that would be free, I wouldn't straight off say you want it for work though. Just a consideration
