Will this setup work?

Hi all, I posted awhile ago about using a pi as a server of sorts and had an idea for a little addition to the setup.

I am thinking of getting This NAS HDD to go along with it.

So will try explain current setup and what I hope to add to it.

Downstairs in my living room I have the pi hooked up to the tv and wired to router via ethernet. Connected to the pi is a usb hub with a mouse and current 160 gig HDD. So the pi streams from the HDD to the tv or else web streams etc, all good there.

What I am hoping to do is swap out my HDD for the one above when I get it, but also stream wirelessly to my bog standard tv upstairs. When I say bog standard, I mean it is at least 15 years old, one SCART port and an aerial port (Neither used at the mo) and was wondering would it be possible to use the Sky Cheap Roku Box for this purpose if I can get plex on it??

If not, what would you recommend?

    Cheers :)
