I would say that most hitmen are scummers getting paid pittance to kill someone, and more often than not get caught, or killing the wrong person.

If you mean suave gentlemanly assassins who like dry martinis - probably not. If you mean someone who'll take anything from €500 - €5000 to kill someone on the streets of Dublin then yes. Read a paper. The reason the price is so low and they often screw up is that they should be called missmen instead.
