    I think you need to ask yourself why are you picking either camera ?
    The Panasonic is a fairly good compact but if you're spending that much money you might as well pay a few quid more and M4/3 system. Like a GX1 or GF6 which you can pick up for about 300 Euro with a kit lens.

    The Nikon is a nice little camera but you are very limited by the quality of the lenses.

    My pick if you can afford it is Either the Fuji X20 if you want a compact, Fuji X-M1 or m4/3 system if you plan on buying lenses in the future.
