Andre Rieu in Europe 2014. Direct flights to particular european cities?

Okay so this is lazy of me! But I am hoping that there is a boardsie out there who works in the travel industry who will know this offhand.

I am thinking of going to arrange trip to see Andre Rieu in europe in 2014.

Anyone know out of all of these cities which are accessible by direct flight from Dublin and which would be cheapest (e.g. Ryanair???)

Anyone travelled to any of these venues and got any personal recommendations?!
I am kind of thinking some of the unusual countries like Poland might be interesting to venture to!
