Did this guy photoshop himself?

    I was reading a Dailymail article about some guy having leg lengthening surgery. I don't doubt the legitimacy of the article, but I doubt the guy's proportions would this good afterwards.

    Upon further research, I discovered his original height was 5' 7" and he is now 6' 3". I also found these pictures of him online and I suspect he might of Photoshopped them to make him look less of a freak. I was looking at his legs and they seems to be off in this picture:

    So, what do you guys think: Photoshopped or not?
