Rotating noise between 100 and 120 kph

    VW Polo has a loud thumping rotating noise which seems to be coming from wheel(s) although could be anywhere really....but only noticeable between 100 and 120 kph...over that its gone and below not noticeable....thoughts?

    Similar sounding issue to a knackered rear wheel bearing i had before..
