Yes - you can drive to the end of the path - I'm not too sure how far you can drive up but yes it's possible

I'd say you could drive right up to it seeing as it is a rental property now. Worst case scenario is a short walk due to a gate but it wouldn't be hard to get to it.

You'd be better off parking at the glen turn at the car park.
The person that owns the land beside the lane isn't too happy about people going up.
There will be trouble there yet.
