Broadband and phone cancellation

    Hello 

    I sent an email to phone cancellations on the 11/12/13 to cancel my phone and broadband services. I had been advised to do this because I am joining Sky.I have since been advised that Sky will need to use the eircom line so I should remove the cancellation notice, and just tell eircom I will be joining Sky and they will set up the line.  I have rang on many occasions but can't get through.Can someone sort this out for me ?
