    I'd like someone based in Dublin to create an iOS app for me - Please PM me if interested with some examples of previous work.

    My app will be a content portal (all of the content will be 100% produced by me) where users can pay a small fee to unlock certain videos. Some videos will be free and others will need to be purchased. The videos will be exclusive to the app and will need to be played and viewed within it.

    Of course I'll meet any potential developer and I can explain the idea in full to you.

    Once we go over all the details you can let me know your fee and we can take it from there.
