    Hey all,
    I am currently running between 30 and 40 miles a week. The problem I am having is that recently I am starting to stitch between 1 & 2 miles on every run. Always on my right side. This is only a recent development and I have not changed eating habits around my running times or anything. It is happening at the bottom of my rib cage rather than lower down. Any advice or ideas as to the cause folks.
