soundbar problem

Hi All, Bought new Sandstrom S42SWLH13 and connected to xbox then tv using HDMI cables when playing games sound is great and no problems but when i insert dvd picture is perfect but no sound only constant clicking noise,,not much info in booklet supplied ..tried it connected to bluray dvd player and same problem,,Anyone…
