soundbar problem

    Hi All,
    Bought new Sandstrom S42SWLH13 and connected to xbox then tv using HDMI cables when playing games sound is great and no problems but when i insert dvd picture is perfect but no sound only constant clicking noise,,not much info in booklet supplied ..tried it connected to bluray dvd player and same problem,,Anyone got any ideas on why or what is problem ????
