Do they definitely have to physically located in Cork City? The reason I ask is there was a thread on here a few months back praising a mortgage broker who helped a lot of boardsies - both with online advice and actually working on mortgage applications.

The fellas name is Killers1 so if you search this forum the thread will come up. I think he's Dublin based though
