Its my first year farming the place here at home.currently calve approx 30 cows in the spring and 10 in the autumn.father is sick.have the chance t convert to dairy by purchasing quota.work full time also.is it possible t combine dairying wit work for a few years? Intention is to start with small no.s and progress Advice…

What's your land base and is it around the yard?

What way is your infrastructure and what do you foresee needs to be changed for dairy??
