    http://www.bricklink.com/messageTopics.asp is your best buddy for that and there are a few Irish sellers, but you might as well just use the other bigger ones from uk as shipping costs are not that much different.
    I personally more like to buy sets for parts as I always can get parts I never knew I wanted. :o
