Super Mario bros 3, wii u or 3ds?

    Never played this and wondering which is the better platform to choose. Leaning towards the 3ds I think.

    I got it for the 3DS and love it! I think it just looks better on the small screen and the controls are a tiny bit different than newer Mario games so the buttons being closer together make it easier to adjust to them. Also, its a portable version of SMB3!

    On a side note, I got Super Mario World on the Wii U, it looks good on the Gamepad, but the button are just a little further apart so I just cant play it for some reason. Prob 'cause I played SMW on the GBA Micro to death during the summer, buttons are better layed out on the GBA for Mario World, same goes for the buttons for SMB3 on the 3DS.

    yeah seems the best option really. Although I am enjoying SMW3D in half hour bursts!

    SM3DW seems to have past by me for some reason, feels like a rehash of 3D Land (which I think is one of the finest Marios ever, some people disagree). Enjoying SMB3 so much more instead for now.

    I'm sure I'll go back to SM3DW in about 6 months time and enjoy it, but since I got it last month I dont really see/get what all the 'GoTY'/fuss after playing it, looks super pretty though.
