Rough cost of fitting bathroom accessories/wall paintings

How much would it cost to get a carpenter/electrician/handyman to fit towel rails and toilet roll holders in 3 bathrooms plus hang 4/5 canvas paintings on walls.
Some of the walls are partition/plasterboard and others are block. In the bathrooms tiles would have to be drilled through.

I was thinking of doing it myself but would probably need 2 separate drills, stud finder, etc. Also afraid of hitting any wires/pipes. Cost of renting out/buying drills seems high considering there may not be much use for them again.

    Thanks in advance
